Job Description
Family Office Hospitality Coordinator Temporary Position • July 1 - July 9 We are seeking a high-energy, polished, and service-oriented individual to assist with a private family retreat taking place July 1 through July 9. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in hospitality, enjoys helping people, stays calm under pressure, and is willing to jump in wherever needed to help create an exceptional experience for family members and guests.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Coordinating transportation and shuttle services for family members and guests Comfortably transporting family members to and from the family estate and airport, including private plane arrivals and departures Shuttling guests and family members between offsite family compounds and the main beach house throughout the retreat Supporting daily hospitality needs at the beach house and retreat properties Assisting with setup and coordination of workshops, meetings, and retreat activities Helping organize supplies, towels, seating, refreshments, and guest areas Taking photos/videos during retreat activities when requested Providing general logistical and hospitality support throughout the event Ensuring guests and family members feel welcomed, comfortable, and cared forQualifications:
Positive attitude and strong communication skills Organized, dependable, and proactive Professional appearance and demeanor Comfortable driving guests and assisting in a fast-moving environment Hospitality, event, concierge, or executive assistant experience preferred Flexible schedule during retreat dates Must be comfortable handling changing priorities and assisting wherever needed This is a temporary, hands-on hospitality and logistics role designed to support a private family retreat experience at a high level.Job Type:
