Job Description

A well-established, multidisciplinary community medicine group in Brockton, Massachusetts is looking for a full-time adult primary care physician to join a growing team. This is a 100% outpatient role focused on adult medicine with a predictable Monday-Friday schedule (8:00 AM-5:00 PM). There's no call and no weekend work—ideal for clinicians who want work-life balance. You'll join a collaborative, mission-driven practice that places a high value on patient-centered care and health equity. The population is diverse, and the team is committed to improving access and outcomes through coordinated, culturally competent care. What you'll do: Deliver comprehensive primary care to adults in a busy outpatient clinic Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions Work closely with advanced practice providers, social workers, and case managers to provide team-based care Emphasize preventive health and patient education to support long-term wellness Help advance a patient-centered care model focused on community health and reducing disparities Compensation & benefits: Competitive base salary: $220,000-$258,824 annually Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, retirement, and paid time off Supportive environment with opportunities for professional development
Qualifications:
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Active or eligible for Massachusetts medical licensure Commitment to team-based, patient-centered care Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, French, or Haitian Creole is preferred Prior experience in ambulatory care, community health, or public health is a plus About the organization: This respected community health group offers integrated, multidisciplinary services to a diverse patient population.
