A well-established, multidisciplinary community medicine group in Brockton, Massachusetts is looking for a full-time adult primary care physician to join a growing team. This is a 100% outpatient role focused on adult medicine with a predictable Monday-Friday schedule (8:00 AM-5:00 PM). What you'll do: Deliver comprehensive primary care to adults in a busy outpatient clinic Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions Work closely with advanced practice providers, social workers, and case managers to provide team-based care Emphasize preventive health and patient education to support long-term wellness Help advance a patient-centered care model focused on community health and reducing disparities Compensation & benefits: Competitive base salary: $220,000-$258,824 annually Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, retirement, and paid time off Supportive environment with opportunities for professional development

Qualifications:
