Key Responsibilities:
Perform X-ray examinations as ordered by urgent care providers, ensuring rapid, quality patient imaging. Collaborate on a variety of front and back office tasks, triaging patients, managing intake/documentation in the EMR, and processing payments. Support clinical activities including specimen collection (urine, finger stick) for point-of-care testing. Assist in minor surgical procedures under provider supervision. Prepare, maintain, and restock radiology suites and clinical spaces. Participate in onboarding and training for new staff. Uphold exceptional patient care standards and foster a welcoming, efficient environment.
Desired Qualifications:
Associate's degree from an accredited college. Active state licensure as a Radiologic Technologist. ARRT certification and current CPR/BLS credentials. Minimum 2 years' experience in a high-volume urgent care or emergency room setting preferred. Outstanding bedside manner and dedication to patient-centered care. Proficiency with EMR (EPIC preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite. Fluent English communication skills.
