A well-established, multi-specialty community health center offering comprehensive care. Current staff includes 1 Internal Medicine physician, 1 Pediatrician, 1 Ophthalmologist, 1 Podiatrist, 1 Licensed Clinical Social Worker, 1 APP, 1 Behavioral Health PA, and 2 Pharmacists.

EMR Teaching Opportunities:

Precept Family Medicine residents and medical students for $500 per rotation

Compensation:

Salary:

$250,000 $400,000 based on production (DOE)

Longevity Bonus:

$100,000 for up to 4 years of service

Vacation Sick Leave:

10 days/year (accruable up to 480 hours)
