Job Description

Family Medicine opening
  • Whitefield, NH Position Details
  • Full-time outpatient opportunity at Weeks Medical Center
  • Flexible schedule with 36 patient hours and 4 administrative hours per week
  • See 16 Äì22 patients per day, primarily adult and elderly populations
  • No weekend or holiday shifts
  • May participate in day-time call rotation (no after-hours call)
  • EMR:
    Meditech Expanse (with Dragon dictation)
  • Supported by RN Team Leader and medical assistant
  • Participate in community health initiatives and quality improvement projects Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive medical care: physicals, diagnostics, and treatment planning
  • Manage acute and chronic medical conditions
  • Provide preventive care: wellness visits, immunizations, screenings
  • Prescribe and adjust medications and treatment plans
  • Coordinate care with specialists as needed
  • Educate patients and families on disease prevention and lifestyle changes
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical records
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure quality care delivery Qualifications
  • Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (per WMC Medical Staff Bylaws)
  • Successful completion of ACGME, AOA, or RCPSC accredited residency
  • ACLS and BLS certifications from the American Heart Association
  • Comfortable managing own patient panel and practicing independently
  • Experience with chronic disease management preferred
