Internal Medicine Job in Whitefield, New Hampshire

We are seeking an experienced Locums Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to provide outpatient primary care coverage in Whitefield, New Hampshire. This assignment is a six-month commitment with the possibility of extension, ideal for providers who enjoy continuity of care and managing complex patient populations.

Practice Setting:

Outpatient primary care clinic

Patient Population:

Predominantly elderly with multiple chronic comorbidities

Focus:

Chronic disease management and longitudinal primary care Schedule Monday -

Friday:

8:00 AM - 5:00

PM Patient Care:

36 hours per week

Administrative Time:

4 hours built into the weekly schedule

Average Volume:

16-20 patients per day Clinical Responsibilities Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services Manage chronic and complex medical conditions in an elderly population Perform routine evaluations, follow-ups, and preventive care Coordinate care with specialists and ancillary services Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Requirements Internal Medicine preferred; Family Medicine acceptable Demonstrated experience practicing in an outpatient primary care setting Active New Hampshire medical license, NH locum license, or IMLCC eligibility Whitefield is a quiet North Country town nestled in the White Mountains, offering scenic views, four-season outdoor recreation, and a close-knit community with a relaxed pace of life.
