Family Practice/Primary Care Physician Assistant

Conviva Senior Primary Care is seeking an experience clinician for our Float Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant position in Pinellas County, Florida. As a Clinician with Conviva, you ll have the opportunity take a hands-on approach to addressing patient needs inside the exam room, as well as looking beyond to understand how social determinates of health are impacting health outcomes. A day in the life of a Conviva provider: See 12-15 patients per day. Valued:

Active, unrestricted NP/PA license in the appropriate state Current certification as an NP or PA Current DEA license or ability to obtain a DEA license This role is considered patient facing and is part of Humana/Senior Bridge's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. Guaranteed base salary + quality incentive bonuses, for total compensation of $155,000+. Sign on bonus will be offered, as well as relocatin when applicable.
