Job Summary Family Support Liaison develops and implements family engagement and empowerment strategies, provides direct support to families, provides skills training (DBT), and shares the family's perspective with program staff and administrators. The Liaison is a member of the treatment team and will support the clinician with scheduling family visits, home visits, as well as providing transportation to families. Qualifications High School Diploma 4 years experience and training in behavioral health Current CT Driver's license with a clean driving record for a minimum of 3 consecutive years Ability to obtain a Public Service License "A" Endorsement within 90 days of hire, which requires passing DOT physical, and drug screen Computer proficiency and keyboarding skills required Bilingual Spanish preferred Ability to work flexible hours including evening and weekend coverage.
