Family Support Specialist / Family Resource Specialist Full-Time | 33.5 hrs/week | $18.00-$19.50/hour Do you enjoy supporting families and making a positive difference in your community? Healthy Families Chemung County is seeking a compassionate Family Support Specialist/Family Resource Specialist to work with pregnant individuals and families with young children (birth-5) in Chemung County. In this role, you'll build trusting relationships with families through home visits, share parenting and child development education, and connect families to helpful community resources. Using the Healthy Families curriculum, you'll support parents in creating safe, nurturing environments where children can thrive.
