Schedule:
M-F/ 8am-4pm with 2 late evenings a week
Pay:
$22/hr (more depending on experience) About CSI Founded in Omaha in 1892, Child Saving Institute (CSI) has always prioritized children's well-being, advocating for those in need. Our mission is to empower children and families by providing the support they need to thrive. We're looking for a passionate Community-Based Early Childhood Specialist to assess children's developmental and behavioral needs, support families, and coach educators using the Positive Behavioral Supports/Teaching Pyramid model. This role focuses on promoting young children's social-emotional well-being through collaboration, interventions, resources, and training. Here's who we are looking for… Someone who: Has a positive and reliable work ethic Holds experience working with children and families Can assess developmental, behavioral, and social-emotional needs of children Is comfortable providing behavioral interventions, training, and coaching for educators and families

Qualifications Qualifications Do you think you'd be a good fit for this role?
