Farm Hand/Laborer

Duties Moving, feeding, and providing water for animals Washing and boxing eggs Basic Landscaping, mowing, weeding, weed whacking, chainsaw operation Operate heavy equipment such as ATV, tractors, and skid steer safely and efficiently Perform basic equipment maintenance and repairs, including basic mechanical troubleshooting Conduct routine inspections fencing, keeping it clear and in good condition Supervise or collaborate with other team members to ensure safety protocols are followed during all activities Qualifications Reliability is a must! Animals are depending on you to eat, you can not no show or alter your schedule Must be 18+ Positive Attitude is a must Self motivated and able to work independently Available to work mornings Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus! Basic contracting experience is a plus! Must be able to be on your feet all day and lift 50lbs+ regularly Experience with animals is a plus Can't be afraid of getting your hands dirty Willingness to work in all weather conditions This role is paid and offers a rewarding opportunity to develop your skills across various aspects of farming while contributing to sustainable agricultural practices. Pay:
