• Full-time Westwind Organics is a 200+ acre certified organic wholesale vegetable farm in the beautiful Snoqualmie Valley.

We grow over 30 different types of vegetables with a heavy emphasis on lettuce, broccoli, bunched greens, cabbage, celery, and winter storage crops. We believe successful farming should care for the planet, value people, and remain economically strong for the future. Westwind Organics is a family-owned farm established in 1995. Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Farm Operations / Production Coordinator to create work orders, maintain production data, track inventory, and communicate daily with Spanish-speaking crews. This full-time role works closely with the Sales Manager and Farm Manager to help align customer orders, harvest priorities, packing schedules, and field operations. The ideal candidate enjoys solving problems, improving systems, and keeping multiple moving parts organized in a dynamic work environment. Most work is performed in an office setting, with regular communication and coordination involving field and packing shed teams. This position plays a vital role in supporting clear communication, efficient operations, and timely awareness of production issues. Key Responsibilities Create daily harvest and packing work orders based on customer demand and field readiness Coordinate daily harvest, packing, and delivery priorities with Farm and Sales Managers Communicate schedules and work orders with production crews and any changes Conduct monthly inventory of supplies Enter production data from completed work orders into database Check time clock punches daily and update if needed

Qualifications Required:

Spanish fluency Proficient with Microsoft 365 Strong numerical and analytical skills Computer savvy Driven self-starter High attention to detail with ability to multitask Strong verbal and written communication skills High School Diploma or comparable experience
