Farm Supervisor

Job Summary:

Oversee and coordinate farm labor activities, ensuring productivity, safety, and quality. Train, schedule, and manage farm staff while maintaining accurate records and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications:

Experience supervising farm or agricultural workers Harvest knowledge Strong leadership and communication skills Knowledge of farm operations and safety practices Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
