Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, including tractors, irrigation systems, power tools, and heavy equipment like forklifts Support crop growing activities by planting, watering, weeding, harvesting, and managing greenhouse or horticultural areas Help with general farm maintenance such as fencing repairs, equipment cleaning, and hand tool usage Manage heavy lifting tasks safely when transporting supplies or materials around the farm Supervise or assist with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols Skills Supervising experience is preferred to coordinate team efforts effectively Ability to operate forklifts, heavy machinery, power tools, and irrigation systems confidently Knowledge of farming techniques, agriculture practices, horticulture, and greenhouse management Basic math skills for measurements, inventory counts, and record keeping Familiarity with heavy lifting techniques and safety procedures for physical tasks Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining safety standards This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to develop their skills across multiple facets of farming while contributing directly to the success of our agricultural operations.
