Salary Range:

Requirements Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable. Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude. Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency. A Property & Casualty insurance license is preferred. Willing to train. Licensing assistance available. Strong work ethic and leadership skills. Strong communication skills, both oral and written. Driven and goal-oriented individual. Be capable of handling customer rejection. Responsibilities Meet new business production goals and objectives as established. Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales. Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc. Be outstanding at relationship building.
