Farmworker Grain 1

Operates self-propelled custom class harvesting machine to harvest a variety of grain and oil seed crops. Adjusts speed of cutter, blowers, and conveyors, and the height of cutting head using hand tools. Changes cutting head as appropriate for crop. Services machinery and makes in field repairs. Drives pickup to pull campers, header trailers. Hauls support equipment between worksites. Hauls grain to elevator or on farm storage area and harvesting machinery between worksites. Housing is provided. Reimbursement for transportation and subsistence is also offered. Transportation will be provided at no cost to workers, from employer-provided housing and, if applicable, centralized pick-up points to the places of employment at the beginning of each workday and back at the end of each work day.
