Responsibilities Greet customers warmly, providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge to enhance their shopping experience Assist customers with product demos, styling advice, and upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities Conduct product demos on social media platforms to showcase new arrivals or featured items, encouraging customer engagement and interest Manage merchandising efforts by organizing displays, stocking shelves, and ensuring the store remains visually appealing and inviting Operate POS systems efficiently for sales transactions, including cash handling and basic math calculations Maintain excellent phone etiquette when communicating with customers or vendors over the phone Inventory processing including research, data entry, cleaning & detailing of preowned items & steaming of clothing leading to product placement on the sales floor Requirements Previous retail sales experience preferred An interest in participating in and with the creation of social media including Facebook, Instagram & TikTok. Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers; bilingual abilities are a plus Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail math calculations Ability to perform merchandising tasks such as stocking, organizing displays, detailing of products, steaming of clothing, and managing inventory efficiently Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional phone etiquette Basic math skills necessary for transactions and inventory management An enthusiasm for fashion resale is essential Join us in transforming the way people shop for fashion!
