Team Required :

2+ years of relevant experience in food service or retail management. High school diploma or GED. 18 years of age or older. Authorized to work in the United States. Access to reliable transportation. Flexible availability to work varied shifts throughout the week. Core Responsibilities Support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations and hitting store goals. Direct the crew on the floor during busy rushes to keep service fast and accurate. Train and coach shift leaders and team members on food safety and brand standards. Assist with administrative tasks like inventory tracking, truck orders, and shift scheduling. Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues quickly. Ensure the dining room, kitchen, and equipment remain clean and audit-ready.
