Responsibilities Prepare and assemble food items efficiently according to company standards, ensuring quality and safety. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales transactions. Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen spaces in compliance with food safety regulations. Assist with food handling duties including bussing tables, restocking supplies, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods. Manage cash register operations accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations for transactions. Support team members in food preparation, packaging, and serving to ensure quick service delivery in a fast food environment. Qualifications Previous experience in food preparation or food service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential! Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and positive communication style. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling practices. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for cashiering and retail math tasks. Experience working in quick service or fast food restaurants, cafes, or retail environments is advantageous.
