What You'll Do Phase 1: Become a Financial Professional In your first year, you'll gain valuable hands-on experience helping individuals, families, and small businesses secure their financial futures. Phase 2: Transition into Management After meeting performance requirements, you'll enter a six-month intensive training program to become an Associate Partner . In this role, you'll: Recruit, develop, and lead a team of financial professionals Coach others toward success using your firsthand experience Grow into senior leadership opportunities within the company Who We're Looking For Motivated individuals with a passion for helping others and experience in one of the following: Sales or management in another industry Entrepreneurship or running your own business MBA or equivalent advanced degree Compensation & Benefits Starting salary: From $65,000/year (Associate Partner role) $65,000

• 150,000 depending on experience and performance
