FRONT OF HOUSE SHIFT MANAGER

Running Aces Casino Hotel Racetrack•15201 Running Aces Blvd, Columbus, MN 55025Schedule:
Evening into overnight Shifts include weekends and holidays.Perks:
Medical, Vison, and Dental Benefits for full-time positions, 401k, employee discount, Paid Time off (PTO, sick, bereavement, ESST, and holidays) The Food & Beverage Shift Manager is responsible for ensuring maximum customer service and satisfaction through the execution of operations by the Food & Beverage Department. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Enforces performance standards, policies and procedures in the Food & Beverage Department to ensure compliance with Company expectations Responsible for scheduling, training and performance management of Food & Beverage employees to ensure staffs compliance with all customer service and operational needs Ensure all day-to-day operations run in the most efficient way possible Reviews and approves all recommendations to hire, transfer, suspend, promote, discharge, evaluate, assign and disciple all Food & Beverage employees in a fair and equitable manner Maximizes cost effectiveness within the Department, by creating and ensuring compliance with established budget, labor and revenue benchmarks Responsible for the intake, review and action of customer complaints in Food and Beverage Monitors and evaluates job performance of Food and Beverage employees and managers, to provide feedback and coaching in order to enhance skills Escalates operational deficiencies to Director of Food & Beverage; provides suggestions from leadership team on recommendations for improvement Sets priorities for the Food and Beverage team Special projects and other tasks as needed by Director of Food & Beverage Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously; including organizational skills Ability to set priorities for Department Ability to handle confidential information Ability to deliver to feedback to people with varying levels of experience Certificates, Licenses, Regulations Ability to obtain and maintain a Minnesota Class III Gaming License.
