YOUR DAY TO DAY AS A FEE FOR SERVICE OUTPATIENT THERAPIST

To excel as a Fee For Service Outpatient Therapist at Cumberland County Guidance Center, you will need a Master's degree in a mental health discipline from an accredited university, paired with a valid NJ Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential. Your expertise should encompass experience in group, family, and individual therapy, particularly with clients facing substance use disorders. An understanding of various therapeutic modalities and the ability to cultivate a supportive environment will be essential for fostering recovery. Additionally, possessing a valid New Jersey driver's license with a clean five-year driving record is necessary to ensure compliance with our organizational standards. The role demands flexibility and readiness to provide both telehealth and in-person services, so your adaptability and willingness to embrace new technologies will further enhance your success in this transformative position.
