The Opportunity This role supports production operations by managing machine feeding activities, performing quality checks, and assisting with make‑readies to ensure safe, accurate, and efficient production. The position plays a key part in maintaining productivity, food packaging safety, and quality standards in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment while supporting continuous improvement efforts. General Responsibilities Manage machine feeding operations for the assigned shift or equipment, ensuring consistent productivity in a fast‑paced environment. Perform quality checks on products and incoming materials to ensure compliance with specifications and standards. Assist with make‑readies and troubleshoot minor equipment or process issues to minimize downtime and maintain performance. Execute all job duties safely and efficiently, maintaining accountability for food packaging safety and quality at all times. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area, including adherence to 5S standards and performing routine preventive maintenance. Follow all policies and procedures, report safety or quality concerns, participate in continuous improvement and training, and safely operate all assigned equipment. What You Need to Succeed High school diploma or GED preferred. Ability to read and understand instructional materials such as operating procedures, work instructions, or assembly manuals.
