Duties Measure and mark fencing layouts accurately according to project specifications Cut, assemble, and install various types of fencing materials using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment Dig post holes and set posts securely in concrete foundations for stability Operate heavy machinery and equipment safely during installation processes Perform framing, masonry, and concrete finishing tasks as needed for foundation or support structures Maintain a clean and organized worksite by managing debris and ensuring safety protocols are followed Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to quality standards Experience Prior experience in construction or carpentry, especially with framing or fencing projects Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and concrete forming techniques Knowledge of landscape maintenance, hardscape installation, and masonry is advantageous Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work at heights or in outdoor conditions comfortably Familiarity with construction site safety procedures and OSHA standards is preferred Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow technical drawings and project plans Experience working on diverse construction sites with a focus on durability and craftsmanship Embark on a fulfilling journey where your skills build more than fences—you build community spaces!
