Fence Installer

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and career-oriented Fence Installer to join our team. This is a fast growing company looking for team members who are willing to contribute and grow with us. The ideal candidate will start their career journey as a fence installer, and once familiar with the company's practices and methods will move into a Foreman position and pay scale. This is not guaranteed but is the goal for the hire. Responsibilities Show up to work on time and ready to start. Display a willingness to learn and adapt to our new-school installation methods. Load and unload fence material for transport to a job site for installation. Use post drivers to drive posts for fence installs Occasionally operate equipment for loading, digging, or material transport. Install fences to our high quality standards. Work collaboratively with other team members to complete jobs on time and safely. Adhere to time tracking, job tracking, and other methods of production tracking. Skills Ability to safely and effectively utilize power tools. Ability to drive a commercial vehicle and pull a trailer. Read a tape measure accurately. Experience Prior experience in general construction or carpentry is preferred. Welding experience is a plus for occasional projects. Pay:

$23.00 - $27.00 per hour
