Learn more at www.rwfencing.com Key Responsibilities Install fences, railings, and gates on residential and commercial properties with accuracy and care. Interpret and follow project blueprints and specifications. Use hand and power tools (e.g., drills, saws, levels, tape measures) safely and efficiently. Ensure fence posts are plumb and lines are level. Diagnose and perform fence repairs including posts, panels, gates, and hardware. Follow written and verbal instructions from leads and supervisors. Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites. Transport tools and materials to job sites (must be able to lift up to 60 lbs). Drive company vehicles and tow/back trailers as needed. Maintain a dependable, professional, and teachable attitude on every job. Qualifications 2+ years of experience preferred in trades such as fencing, carpentry, framing, roofing, landscaping, or similar. High school diploma or GED preferred. Must be able to read a tape measure and use hand/power tools confidently. Valid driver's license with a good driving record. Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions. Willingness to learn and adapt depending on the project needs. Reliable, punctual, and able to work well both independently and in a team.
