  • About the
Role:
  • We are seeking an experiencedSenior-Level HVAC Service Technician tojoin our team.
The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in all aspects of HVAC installation, warranty work, diagnostics, and service.

This position requires strong technical expertise across multiple system types, the ability to lead and oversee crews, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform installation, service, troubleshooting, and warranty work on a wide range of HVAC systems
  • Work with Aquatherm/Heat Pump Systems, VRF multi-head systems, RTUs, AHUs, DOAS controls, and BAS
  • Service and install
V-TAC/P-TAC
units, furnace systems, and all standard AC equipment
  • Manage and guide crews to ensure efficient workflow and quality completion of projects
  • Provide construction warranty service and ensure timely resolution of warranty issues
  • Maintain accurate documentation, service reports, and communication with office staff
  • Ensure all work complies with safety standards, codes, and company expectations
  • Qualifications:
  • Universal Refrigeration Certification (EPA 608 Universal) – Required
  • Clean MVR – Required
  • Construction warranty experience – Required
  • Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with a broad range of HVAC systems
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing or leading crews
  • Ability to diagnose complex system issues and provide reliable solutions
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and time-management skills
