Fence Installer

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented Fence Installer to join our dynamic fencing team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing a variety of fencing systems across residential properties. Your expertise will help enhance property security, privacy, and aesthetic appeal while ensuring safety and durability. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, utilize your carpentry and construction skills, and contribute to high-quality projects that meet client specifications. Duties Measure and mark fence lines accurately according to project plans and specifications Prepare the site by clearing debris, leveling ground, and setting posts using hand tools and power tools Install fence posts securely using different forming techniques to ensure proper alignment for stability Assemble fencing materials including panels, rails, gates, and hardware with precision Conduct quality checks throughout the installation process to meet safety standards and client expectations Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of waste responsibly Qualifications Proven experience in construction, carpentry, or related fields with a focus on fence installation or masonry work Skilled in frame carpentry, concrete forming, masonry, and landscape maintenance techniques Ability to operate power tools such as drills, saws, and post drivers. Physical stamina for heavy lifting, prolonged standing, bending, and working outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail for precise measurements and alignments Valid driver's license preferred for transporting tools and materials between sites Join our team where your craftsmanship makes a real difference!
