Position Summary We're looking for a motivated, reliable individual to join our professional staining crew. This is an entry-level position with room for growth into lead stainer, etc.. You'll assist the team in daily staining operations, site preparation, cleanup, and equipment maintenance. Key Responsibilities Assist with fence staining projects , including prepping surfaces, masking, and applying products under supervision. Support job site setup and cleanup , ensuring all areas are left clean and presentable. Clean and maintain spray equipment, stain supplies, tools, trailer, and shop areas daily. Load and unload materials safely and efficiently. Follow company safety guidelines and staining procedures. Communicate professionally with team members and customers when needed. Learn product knowledge, staining techniques, and maintenance best practices for future advancement. Qualifications No prior staining or painting experience required— we will train the right person . Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability are essential. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Valid driver's license and dependable transportation preferred. Must be punctual, safety-conscious, and able to work well as part of a team.
