What You'll Do:

Develop, implement and manage the Branch business plan and operating budget, including operating, financial and thru-put forecasts Direct all aspects and daily operations of the facility to ensure safety, efficiency and profitability Review and analyze progress towards the achievement of thru-put forecasts and operational goals on a regular basis, and initiates action as needed Define level of service consistent with thru-put goals and operational efficiencies Provide staff development and training of Branch employees Responsible for the record keeping functions in maintaining inventory records, in requisitioning supplies, -in monitoring thru-put, and in all aspects of the safety program Manage all aspects of physical resources including maintenance and repair, compliance with industry and Nutrien Ag Solutions' regulations and safety standards to ensure a safe working environment at the Branch Responsible for SH&E and Responsible Ag compliance audits as well as monthly and yearly inventory audits Responsible for assisting with inventory quantity and quality to ensure Branch will meet through-put commitments and end-use customer needs. Analyze capital requirements and provides recommendations regarding capital budget needs Liaise with customers, suppliers, division leadership and other appropriate industry personnel to promote Nutrien Ag Solutions' products and services

What You'll Bring:

5+ years of progressively responsible experience in agriculture and/or operations 5+ years of people leadership experience Ability to operate fertilizer loaders and product handling machinery as needed University degree preferred, high school degree or equivalent required Applicant should have experience with dry and liquid agricultural fertilizers and related handling equipment Ready to make an impact with us?
