Gilbert, PA | June 19-21, 2026 | Competitive Pay | On-Site Camping Available | Festival Environment About the Event Camp Punksylvania is a large outdoor music and camping festival taking place at the West End Fairgrounds in Gilbert, PA. We are looking for dependable, professional, and level-headed security staff to help create a safe and positive environment for attendees, artists, vendors, and crew. This is a great fit for individuals with experience in: Event security Crowd management Festivals or concerts Hospitality or customer service Overnight watch or site security No security license required for all positions, but experience is strongly preferred. Responsibilities Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas Check wristbands and credentials Assist with crowd management and guest interaction Help maintain a safe, calm festival environment Communicate with production staff and emergency personnel when needed Overnight campground and equipment watch positions available Schedule Festival dates: Friday, June 19 Saturday, June 20 Sunday, June 21 Shifts available: Day shifts Evening shifts Overnight shifts Preference given to applicants available multiple days or full festival weekend. Requirements Must be 21+ Reliable transportation Ability to stand/walk for long periods outdoors Calm under pressure Professional attitude and communication skills Must work well with teams and the public Lift 75lbs+ Perks Work at a live music festival On-site camping available for multi-day staff Opportunity for future festival and event work with our team Meals/water provided during shifts when applicable About Us Sherman Productions is a Pennsylvania-based live event production company specializing in festivals, concerts, and large-scale outdoor events throughout the Northeast.
