F&I Manager

Bankston Motor Homes, Inc. is seeking an experienced Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our team of professionals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in dealership finance, with a strong focus on both sales performance and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

Determine the best financing options for customers Ensuring compliance with lender guidelines and dealership policies Handle all the necessary paperwork for loan applications, trade-in deals, and other financial transactions Present and sell optional products like extended service contracts, gap waivers, and maintenance plans Build rapport with customers and guide them through the purchasing process Stay updated on state regulations regarding finance and the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Maintain solid relationships with lending institutions Meet and exceed monthly objectives Ability to work

Saturdays Qualifications:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills Prior experience at an auto or RV dealership as a Finance/Business Manager Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task Computer Proficient Excellent selling skills Strong interpersonal skills Excellent follow-through skills
