What You'll Be Doing:

Phase 1: Training & Development Learn how to confidently engage homeowners in the field Generate qualified leads by introducing our services (windows, bath/shower remodeling, metal roofing) Develop communication and sales skills through hands-on experience Hit personal performance goals Phase 2: Team Lead Responsibilities Lead and motivate a small canvassing team Set the tone for energy, work ethic, and performance Help train and coach new team members Track team performance and results Lead by example in the field

Schedule:

Full-time availability required Afternoons, evenings, and some weekends (based on team and event needs)

Confident and outgoing — comfortable approaching new people Competitive and goal-driven mindset Strong work ethic and reliability Natural leadership potential or desire to grow into leadership Coachable and open to feedback Resilient — able to handle rejection and stay positive Previous canvassing, sales, retail, or team leadership experience is a plus (not required)
