Job DescriptionResponsible for traveling to different locations of the business to ensure the locations are following the laws, regulations, and internal company policies by conducting on-site audits, reviewing documentation, and identifying areas of non-compliance.
Responsibilities:
Functions include but are not limited to the following. Must be able to move freely between tasks depending on workload, season, etc.

Conduct On-site auditsReview documentation at various company locationsInterview employees to measure complianceObserve operational practices to evaluate compliance with regulations and internal policiesAssist TWC with all field operation auditsDocument Audit of Farm Labor Contractor Timesheets (may include scanning)Identify Non-Compliance and report where company policies are not meeting standards
Board Postings:
Posts all required labor law notices to boards in various locationsAnd such other work as may be required to be completed within the departmentQualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, shall, and/ or ability required. EDUCATION and/or
EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or GED; with 1-3 years' experience in compliance auditing, regulatory inspections, or related compliance functions
SPECIFIC KNOWELDGE, SKILLS, LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS
Safety Chain:
Utilize the program for audit purposes to document the findingsAttention to detail: Meticulous review documentation to accurately identify compliance issues
Communication Skills:
Effectively communicate to supervisor/manager for any needed attention to compliance issues
Basic Skills:
Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.
Knowledge of Relevant Regulations:
Understanding of applicable law and industry standards related to company operations.

Pay Range:
$20.00

00. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
