Field Finance Coordinator:

In the role of Field Finance Coordinator , you will have the opportunity to: Maintain your personal relationship with Jesus Christ and be an effective witness for Him. Enter daily purchasing card, and petty cash account transactions on the related Serenic import sheets. Submit import sheets monthly for U.S. Rebuild Review purchasing card (P-Card) usage reports and provide day-to-day receipt reconciliation of the P-Card program for assigned U.S. Rebuild site. Collect and submit vendor ACH Request Form and W-9 for new vendor setup. Coordinate with vendors and initiate invoice payment processes per departmental policies and complete the processing of invoices promptly within Ministry guidelines. Ensure that invoices and p-card purchases are accurately coded for expense tracking. All other duties as assigned Check out why people love serving with

Qualifications & Experience :

Associates degree and one (1) to two (2) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. General knowledge of basic accounting concepts including budgeting and proper coding given a chart of accounts. General knowledge of mathematical concepts including the ability to calculate discounts, interest, proportions, and percentages. Strong communication skills. Ability to prioritize competing demands. Twelve credit hours of college-level Biblical Studies preferred, not required.
