POSITION SUMMARY
The PNW Operations Manager oversees all maintenance operations across the Pacific Northwest region, including Washington and Oregon. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day field activities, supervising technicians and subcontractors, coordinating with dispatch and vendors, and maintaining strong relationships with regional clients. The PNW Operations Manager ensures all service requests are completed safely, efficiently, within budget, and aligned with company quality standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and oversee daily maintenance operations for commercial client locations throughout the Pacific Northwest (Washington & Oregon) Supervise field technicians and subcontractors performing maintenance, repairs, plumbing, electrical, painting, light construction, and related services Coordinate job scheduling, dispatching, and resource allocation to ensure timely response to service requests and emergencies Serve as the primary regional contact for clients; maintain strong communication, resolve issues promptly, and ensure client satisfaction Monitor job progress, track KPIs, and prepare regional reports for internal leadership and client updates Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental requirements, and company quality control standards Manage tools, vehicles, inventory, and equipment for the PNW operational area Help design and implement regional preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and reactive work Collaborate with HR on hiring, onboarding, training, and performance development for PNW team members Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and support business growth in the region Demonstrate the ability to set, achieve, and exceed operational targets, service metrics, and performance goals
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of experience in commercial facilities maintenance, general contracting, or building operations 2+ years of supervisory or management experience overseeing field service teams Strong working knowledge of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting Experience with dispatching platforms, work order management, or CMMS systems Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills Strong customer service orientation and ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the PNW region
