Job Description

Field Manager QXO, Inc. (

The company is targeting $50 billion in annual revenues within the next decade through accretive acquisitions and organic growth. The Field Manager oversees field operations to ensure projects are executed efficiently, safely, and to quality standards. This role serves as a key point of contact on job sites, coordinating with internal teams, customers, and contractors to ensure materials, schedules, and project requirements are aligned from start to finish. What you'll do:
  • Oversee day-to-day field operations and support project execution on job sites
  • Coordinate with internal teams, customers, and contractors to ensure timely delivery and proper use of materials
  • Monitor project progress to ensure schedules, quality standards, and customer expectations are met
  • Identify and resolve issues in the field, escalating as needed
  • Ensure materials and work are aligned with project specifications and requirements
  • Maintain strong communication with stakeholders to provide updates and support project success
  • Promote and enforce safety policies and procedures on job sites
  • Support continuous improvement of field processes and operations
  • Perform additional duties as needed What you'll bring:

  • Supervisory or leadership experience
  • Familiarity with construction processes, materials, or job site coordination
  • Basic proficiency with common business software tools
  • Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout active job sites for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and handle materials as needed
