Field Operator

High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience as a Field Operator / Field Technician in oil & gas Proven experience in flowback operations Strong knowledge of: Well operations & production systems Pipeline operations Maintenance processes Familiarity with: Emergency shutdown systems (ESD) Safety and operational procedures Required Skills Strong communication skills (written & verbal) Solid understanding of HSE practices and compliance Ability to troubleshoot and optimize well performance Experience with operational reporting and shift handovers Knowledge of emergency preparedness and response procedures Experience supporting well intervention (Wellwork) operations Knowledge of industry regulations and standards Familiarity with production reporting systems
