The Oncology Pharmacy Manager will report to a Director of Pharmacy with strong executive sponsorship and collaborate closely with medical oncology, infusion nursing, radiation oncology, and hematology leaders; robust support includes BCOP pharmacists, clinical coordinators, sterile compounding experts, pharmacy technicians, buyers, revenue integrity partners, and informatics analysts, while responsibilities for the Manager Oncology Pharmacy span sterile compounding and USP <797>/<800> oversight, chemotherapy verification and safety checks, EMR order set stewardship, treatment pathway optimization, investigational drug services, antimicrobial stewardship alignment, 340B and revenue cycle integrity, inventory and waste reduction, accreditation readiness (TJC, CoC), quality dashboards, and frontline education—powered by friendly nurses and a diverse, collaborative interprofessional team that values mutual respect and transparent communication.
