Medical, Dental, Vision + 401(k) with company match PTO, Paid Holidays, and Tuition Reimbursement Discounted WOW! broadband services What You'll Do In this role, you'll own your territory and drive new business by: Prospect, develop, and close new business within your assigned territory Engage decision-makers and become a trusted advisor to SMB customers From first contact to close, you're in control of your deals Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales quotas Position WOW!'s broadband, internet, and voice solutions with confidence Use Salesforce to track activity, forecast, and maximize efficiency Partner with internal teams to deliver the best customer experience What You Bring We're looking for someone who is: A self-starter with a hunter mindset and strong drive to win Comfortable working in the field ~80% of the time Skilled in relationship building, negotiation, and closing Organized with strong time management and problem-solving skills Familiar with Microsoft Office A valid driver's license with a clean driving record Outside sales experience is a plus-but not required If you're motivated and coachable, we'll help you succeed. Work Environment Field-based role with regular travel within your territory Outdoor work in varying weather conditions Active role involving driving, walking, standing, and engaging with customers daily Not Sure If You Check Every Box?
