Must have 12V knowledge. Must have clean driving record. Must be able to install and program light bars and controllers. Must have 5 years experience as a public vehicle upfitter. Field Service Technician The Field Service Technician is responsible for providing technical expertise and service related to the organization's offerings. Duties include service & installation, field support, remote support, maintenance and diagnostics. Duties and responsibilities of the Field Service Technician include:

• Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.
• Tie workflow to schedule.
• Perform all assigned on-site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
• Produce timely and detailed service reports.
• Document processes.
• Operate vehicle in a safe manner and use field automation systems.
• Follow all company's filed procedures and protocols.
• Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization.
• Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings.
• Build positive relationships with customers.
