Roles and Responsibilities :

Travel to client locations to provide onsite technical support and services. Install, maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair desktops, laptops, servers, and printers. Diagnose hardware and basic software issues and implement appropriate solutions. Perform break-fix activities and ensure systems are functioning as per requirements. Work under general supervision while following defined processes and procedures. Maintain strong customer focus by delivering timely and high-quality support. Meet assigned deadlines and adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Handle daily dispatch assignments and manage local travel efficiently. Maintain accurate documentation of service activities and resolutions. Ensure compliance with company policies, including safety and operational standards. Possess and maintain a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for field work. Adhere to background check and drug testing requirements as part of employment compliance.
