Field Supervisor Safety done the
WRIGHT WAY!

We are committed to your personal and professional development. Daily tasks include planning job inspections routes and stocking vehicles with proper signs, equipment, and supplies. Field Supervisors are also required to travel to job sites and inspect sites for safety/quality violations, as well as submit all proper paperwork associated with field inspections. Starting wages are based on experience, sign on bonus currently being offered.Responsibilities:
Be proficient in all Operator and driver activities Ensure the highest quality of all traffic control locations is attained by regularly inspecting & auditing the sites, the workforce, the fleet, the signs/equipment/PPEs and setup to ensure all are up to code and operating at the highest efficiency manner Ensure that all appropriate equipment is available and that all workers understand the requirements for site equipment Assist the Operations Manager in maxing out human capital onsite with the deployment of the Guardian Smart Flaggers (a.k.a. AFAD) Develop and execute health and safety plans in the jobsites to ensure compliance & Zero Harm is achieved Record, document, and communicate back all daily reports to the management team for quality control and continuous improvement processes Assist in making sure all proper documentation is up to date with workers' schedules Assist in coordinating client needs, providing excellent on-site customer service and feedback to management accordingly for the highest tier of customer satisfaction Must be available to be back-up coverage for any evening and weekend calls if needed Must be able to work flexible hours Monday-Friday and weekends when needed Assist in ensuring all vehicles are always kept clean and in good working condition Must be able to respond (as required) to call outs and emergency jobs Recommend solutions to issues, improvement opportunities, or new prevention measures DOT site set ups Additional duties as assignedRequirements/Skills:
High School Diploma or equivalent Prior experience for leading, managing, and supervising a team (required) Proven experience in site inspection/audit, operational excellence & continuous improvement Ability in building/producing reports Knowledge of Excel Spreadsheets, data analysis, risk assessment, overall computer literacy Excellent organizational, motivational, and multitasking skills Outstanding attention to detail and observation ability Experience in site inspection, quality control, safety management, or relevant field is preferred Traffic Control experience a must Must be able to professionally communicate with clients and the public Must be 18 years of age or older Must have a valid driver's license, maintain a clean driving record, and have reliable transportation Ability to pass all pre-employment screenings Required to adhere to all policies and procedures Traffic Control Supervisor (TCS) certification preferred but not required; candidates without this must obtain within 60 days of hire Wright is Equal Employment Opportunities Employer encouraging diversity in the workplace.
