Job Description:

Field Supervisor / Project Manager As a Field Supervisor / Project Manager at DuraShield, you'll play a critical role in ensuring roofing projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the high-quality standards our customers expect. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you'll oversee project quality control, supervise installers, communicate with customers, document project progress, and help ensure every project is completed correctly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with installers at project startup and review work orders
• Supervise roofing crews and ensure projects stay on track
• Conduct quality control inspections throughout projects
• Take in-progress photos and maintain accurate documentation
• Communicate directly with customers during projects
• Ensure workmanship meets DuraShield's high standards
• Perform small repairs and punch-list items as needed
• Monitor compliance with safety standards and company policies
• Address customer concerns and resolve quality-related issues
• Collaborate with operations leadership to improve systems and processes
• Inspect and manage warranty claims and repairs
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors when necessary

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of roofing or construction experience required
• Strong understanding of roofing systems, materials, and installation methods
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with crews, customers, and management
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Comfortable working independently in the field
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check

April-November This role requires 40-50 hours per week during our peak roofing season and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced production environment.
