This is an on-site, full-time hourly position seeking a reliable and experienced (min. 2+ years) Field Survey Crew Member. The role involves assisting with field surveys under varying environmental conditions. Responsibilities include conducting land measurements, operating survey equipment, and ensuring the accuracy of collected data. The Field Survey Crew Member will collaborate closely with the team to support ongoing engineering and land development projects. Qualifications Surveying and drafting experience is preferred. The preferred candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience with land surveying and drafting using AutoCAD Civil 3D. Experience with land surveying, including field data collection and measurements ( Familiarity with GNSS (GPS) systems, total station, preferably Topcon, + Magnet Field software) Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in survey data Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively on-site Adaptability to work in a variety of outdoor weather conditions Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, good driving history (check required) Prior field survey experience or relevant education is a plus Experience with MS Office GIS Skills Land evidence research Qualified
LSIT / PLS
preferred but not required UAV pilot license preferred but not mandatory Echo sounder experience preferred but not mandatory ​Must be available for overtime as often there are extra hours and/or weekends during the busy season, large projects with deadlines, etc
Compensation & Benefits:
Starting hourly rate to be determined with experience.
Bonuses:

$20.00 - $27.00 per hour
