We are seeking a dedicated Field Technician to support the deployment and maintenance of network infrastructure within our data centers. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with network engineers, ISPs, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless network operations. You'll be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and repairing servers, switches, and cabling systems—contributing directly to one of the world's largest distributed internet platforms. Key Responsibilities:

Physically rack, install, and configure servers, switches, and networking equipment Run Ethernet, fiber, and power cabling throughout data centers Replace disk drives, memory modules, and troubleshoot basic hardware issues Un-wrap, organize, and manage incoming and outgoing equipment Conduct fiber optic work including scope testing, cleaning, and light meter use Assist with RMA processing and report damaged packages Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment within the data center

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Prior experience working in a data center environment preferred Ability to lift 50-70 pounds and work with equipment for extended periods Strong technical aptitude with basic troubleshooting skills Proficiency in English; local language skills are a plus Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Equipped with a laptop, cell phone, and basic hand tools Flexibility for daytime work, as well as night and weekend shifts as needed

Day shift (8 am - 5 pm, Monday - Friday); night/weekend work possible
