Field Welder

We offer our team members a 4-day work week, Monday through Thursday. Qualified candidates must have experience in field erection/on-site installation of large ductwork, structural steel and process piping. Welding experience is a requirement. Candidates must be willing to work overtime, hold a valid drivers license, comfortable working at heights and be able to pass a drug test and background check. Duties Perform welding tasks using SMAW and /or FCAW welding and other techniques to fabricate metal components. Interpret blueprints and schematics to determine project specifications and requirements. Ensure all work meets applicable codes and standards for safety and quality. Collaborate with team members on construction site projects, maintaining clear communication throughout the process. Conduct regular inspections of completed welds to ensure structural integrity. Qualifications Proven experience as a Welder with proficiency in Stick and Fluxcore welding. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints. Familiarity with industry codes and standards related to welding practices. Experience operating cranes and other heavy machinery is preferred. Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Commitment to safety protocols in a construction site environment.
