We offer our team members a 4-day work week, Monday through Thursday. We are seeking highly skilled Shop Welders / Fabricators to join our team in a fast paced fabrication facility. The ideal candidate will possess fabrication and welding experience . As a Shop Welder / Fabricator, you will be responsible for the layout, assembly, and welding of fabricated assemblies. Must have knowledge of fabrication and welding processes for carbon, stainless and aluminum. Responsibilities Safely operate forklift and overhead crane. Reading both construction and shop prints. Fit, fabricate and weld from drawings. Layout beams, columns, stair stringers and structural handrailing. MIG and TIG welding of both carbon, stainless and aluminum. Perform other duties as assigned or required by supervisor. Requirements Ability to read prints for fabrication and installation. Must possess math skills. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, precision tools, and man lifts. Willingness to work overtime when necessary. Welding MIG and TIG.
