What you´ll do The Use of equipment and tools needed to Inspect and package into finish good orders Count and package various size film material Verify labels against Production Order paperwork for accuracy and correct information Count the number of containers and check against Production Order paperwork Package the material into boxes Tape and seal container filled boxes Print labels to be used in film packaging What makes you a good fit High school diploma or technical school graduate, or general education diploma (GED). 1 to 3 years related experience, preferably in a production environment, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be able to read, speak, and write legibly in English. Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions. Ability to accurately count up to 1500 containers. Must work well with others as part of a team. Available to work overtime before and after the start of a normal shift, also on weekends. Must be able to work in an assembly line type environment. Must be able to follow company rules regarding the safe handling of hazardous chemicals. The hourly pay range for this role is $22.00 - $24.00. This range reflects the good‑faith minimum and maximum hourly rate the Company reasonably expects to offer for this position at the time of posting. This role is classified as non‑exempt, and employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. In addition to the hourly wage, employees in this position may be eligible for shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, or other forms of compensation, depending on role and location. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as the candidate's skills, experience, training, certifications, and work location.
