Position Overview As a Final Product Assembly Lead, you will be a hands-on leader responsible for the assembly of our large-scale product lines including brush cutters, hoppers, and snow pushers. You will work alongside your team on the floor while ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently met. Key Responsibilities Lead and participate in the hands-on assembly of large-scale fabricated products from start to finish. Guide and support team members on the floor, providing direction, training, and troubleshooting assistance. Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and assembly drawings to ensure accurate builds. Monitor workflow and production pace to meet daily and weekly output goals. Inspect finished assemblies for quality, fit, and function before moving to the next stage of production. Identify and communicate any material shortages, tooling issues, or process inefficiencies to supervisors. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company safety policies. Assist in onboarding and training new team members on assembly procedures and standards. Accurately complete production records and documentation. Qualifications Ability to read and interpret blueprints, assembly drawings, and work orders. Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment while managing multiple priorities. Forklift certification is a plus.
